• Mediation

Arbitration is a method that the dispute is determined by an arbitrator. The arbitrator is considered to be a fact finder. Usually both parties decide on this method to decide the agreement and it cost effective.

Mediation is a method of conflict solving where the parties get together and discuss their differences. The agreement reached in mediation is by the parties with no arbitrator involved. In mediation, studies show that both parties are more flexible and willing to solve their disagreement.
